However, the actual alert on the wrist just mentions "changes" in your body. A big alert saying "CHILL OUT" might be what you expect.

We expected this to be annoying, but we were rarely prompted more than once per day. If it detects a stress response, you’ll be prompted to log how you were feeling from a range of pre-set emotions. Stress Management is the headline feature of the Fitbit Sense 2 – and it’s been overhauled, with that cEDA sensor now constantly scanning for stress responses. The EDA sensor on the original Fitbit Sense could spot-check for skin responses to stress, while the Sense 2 can do that automatically.Ĭontinuous ECG is the basis of the overhauled Stress Management feature, which is now the key focus of the Sense 2.

it's gone and replaced with Alex which is only supported in English. The Sense 2 also uses a continuous electro-dermal sensor (cEDA). So save your money and don't get this watch because you'll have more features in the fitbit sense then the sense 2. It's more like a downgrade then n upgrade, instead of having all the needed apps that you had on the fitbit sense they decided to take away a lot of stuff and just adding the eda scan that I (and I'm being really honest!) only used ONCE. at all! They used to advertise thos watch as a smartwatch with "hundreds of apps" but when a lot of customer's critized them for it they changed the wording on the website because, NO it doesn't not have a hundred of apps, not even close.Īs a customer you may think that this watch would be an upgrade from the fitbit sense considering it's called fitbit sense 2 but NOPE it definitely isn't. For some stranger reasons fitbit decided to throw away a lot of good features from the previous sense like music, calender and some much more because this watch doest support any third part apps. After using this watch for 2 weeks I'm actually really disappointed! This is definitely not a smartwatch, but instead it is a more exclusive fitbit tracker.
